1. Booking Confirmation & Payments
- ✧ Your booking is confirmed once we receive your booking request and the required deposit.
- ✧ A 40% advance payment is mandatory to secure the booking; the remaining balance is due before your tour begins.
2. Cancellation Policy
To cancel a tour or service, you must notify us in writing. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, the following charges apply :

- ✧ 6 days or more before arrival : 50% of the tour or service cost
- ✧ 15–1 days before arrival or No-show : 100% of the tour or service cost
- Any cancellation after booking : Minimum 10% service charge applies
If the tour has already commenced when cancellation occurs, refunds (if any) will depend on recoverable costs (e.g., unused hotel stays, transportation). Certain services such as meals or transfers may not be refundable.
3. Refunds for Unused Services
- ✧ Any refund due will be processed to the person who made the original payment.
- ✧ Refunds for prepaid but unused services will be calculated based on the above cancellation policy.
- ✧ Please allow 2–4 weeks for the refund to reflect in your account due to banking procedures.
- ✧ If the refund incurs bank or credit card charges, such fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- ✧ Once approved, refunds are generally credited within 5–10 working days.
4. Rights to amend the itinerary if required
- ✧ We act only as an agent; liability for hotels, air carriers, or other third-party providers remains with them under their own terms.
- ✧ Tour itineraries are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, transportation issues). We reserve the right to modify the plan for your safety and comfort.
- ✧ Rates are based on current charges and may change—any cost adjustments from suppliers may reflect in your final price.
- ✧ We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by acts of God, accidents, strikes, or government actions, including medical or customs delays.
- ✧ Travelers are responsible for arranging their own insurance, including coverage for sickness, accidents, or loss.
